To ensure your Suhana Safar Bands work properly, please follow the instructions below to position suhana safar wristbands correctly.

STEP 1: Keep your hand straight.
STEP 2: Hold your last finger with thumb and keep middle three fingers on your wrist as shown in the photograph.
STEP 3: The ‘NEI-KUAN’ point is just under the edge of your index finger, between the two central tendons. Mark it.
STEP 4: Position the button facing downward over the ‘NEI-KUAN’ point. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
